Status
of
pre-painting repairs

New
paint colors: If you are interested in the
new colors, check out 1109 Sutherland, 1113 Sutherland and
1112 Sutherland.

Painting schedule: approximately three buildings
will be painted per week and will be completed in the
following in order: Sills Court, Sutherland Lane, Callas
Lane and Ponselle Lane.

Progress to date (a/o August 23): Buildings
currently being painted: 1109, 1113 and 1112 Sutherland
Lane. - Currently prepped: 1116 and 1120 Sills Court.
-Next three buildings scheduled: 1124, 1128 and 1131 Sills
Court.

GENERAL NOTICE OF PAINTING
CAPITOLA KNOLLS HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS
Walls
Painting has been contracted to perform the painting project on
the property. The painting process will begin by first power
washing the entire designated painting area. Once the
preparation is complete the crew will begin the actual spray
painting process.
The total painting project
should take approximately 12-14 weeks to complete, excluding
unforeseen weather conditions and changes in the scope of work.
Workers will be on site Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30
P.M. weather permitting
You will receive two notices prior to the work being performed.
the first will announce the specific start date for work on your
unit. A reminder will be posted 48 hours prior the start date.
